What should the ask be here? late 1st+ decent prospect? 2nd + great prospect?
Leafs 2nd 2018, 3rd 2o19, and Dymtro Tymashov/Jeremy Bracco
Wow, it sure will be tough for your division rival to say no to that pile of garbage for their quality player
Come on man, it at least starts with a first rounder. He has two years left
Ah yes the great 2nd + 3rd + B- prospect for a 60 point player
Lucic + 10th.
Gives ottawa rebuild power.
2 years @$5.1 mill for a 60 point LW... and your best trade offer asset is a 2nd?
What? I mean its likely second rounder to just get rid of lucic and then somehow you get Hoffman for peanuts?
And a team that doesn't want to pay for **** a 30 year old, 5 year 30 million dollar anchor
Technically, Ottawa won't be paying him 30 M because of his contract structure. He's going to be making 4.5 M starting next season
Maybe im not understanding, but he gets 7 mil this year, 6 mil next year, 4 mil, 5 mil and then 4 mil in the following years
Milan Lucic - CapFriendly - NHL Salary Caps
The Edmonton Journal author for the Oilers had his information incorrect on his tweet. But he'll still be making lrss than 3M, most likely the Oilers trade him after his signing bonus
TJ Brodie plus stuff
A team with an owner scrounging cash trades a quality top six winger for a 10th overall pick and the awesome chance to waste a precious 26 million on a deadweight winger? Even as they have to waste a further precious 30 million on deadweight winger 2.0 Bobby Ryan? And they have to protect both of them in the expansion draft? That's some rebuild power.
The Blues should be interested, but not offering Thomas, Kyrou or Kostin. 29th pick + +
Oilers 2019 1st(I don't believe the Sens have one next year), and 2018 2nd?
As a Sens fan I can honestly say this is a solid offer. Maybe a small add.
Allen, Walman, Sobotka, 2018 1st (WPG)
Hoffman and Ryan ($2M retained).
Another solid offer IMO. But we would probably need to shed one of our terrible goalie contracts
I don't get how he isn't a PPG player. Every time I watch him he is amazing. Fast, good hands and a deadly shot.
Probably just Ottawa holding him back. Any team that trades for him and puts him next to an elite centre will probably get a PPG or at least a 70 point winger.
27th and Forsling
Because he doesn’t care all the time. If he did, he’d be that 70 plus point guy. He has the tools, he just needs to put it together consistently.
In other news, water is wet
Not bad at all. I’d do it unless Ottawa got offered a first in this year anywhere from 10-15.
